Privacy policy.
How ACT Vault handles user information, cookies, and third-party advertising. Last updated July 2026.
Information we collect
ACT Vault does not require an account to use the site, and we do not ask for personal information to access any practice content. The site collects standard server-log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes. This information is retained for 30 days and then aggregated.
Cookies
We set a minimal first-party cookie used only to remember your interaction with the cookie-consent banner. Third-party advertising partners (see below) may set their own cookies for ad targeting and frequency capping. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to function.
Advertising
ACT Vault is supported by display advertising, including but not limited to Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visit to this and other websites. You can review and manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting page-view analytics to understand which pages are most useful. The analytics provider does not receive personally identifying information.
Children
ACT Vault is intended for high-school-aged users (approximately 14+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the data.
Your rights
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you a right to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, you can do so by emailing the address on our contact page. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Changes
We update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
